Juliu Horvath developed Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis exercises as a rehabilitative tool for people recovering from injuries but is also used as a fitness training for everyone of any age or ability, to maintain good health.

The Gyrotonic Expansion System is designed to boost your energy level, flatten your belly, improve flexibility and strengthen your entire body in just minutes a day. It is a workout that combines the benefits of Pilates and yoga, the grace of dance and the fluidity of swimming to give you an overall feeling of fitness and well being.

Gyrokinesis utilizes movement while seated, lying down and standing. It concentrates on core-strength, as well as flexibility and will give you the energy lift of Tai Chi in one simple routine. Gyrokinesis is offered in a class format.

We offer private, one-on-one Gyrotonic lessons using the Gyrotonic Tower, as seen here. Gyrokinesis classes are limited to 6 people maximum so you will get more personal attention and better results.
